Well, I didn’t go to the caucus, but Obama was the big winner in Kansas on February 4th.
Now it is Thursday, February 28th.
Headline in the NYTs: 1 in 100 U.S. Adults Behind Bars, New Study Says. This is an amazing stat. I wonder what the incarceration rate for adults was in Great Britain in the early 19th Century?
